GENERAL TERMS
1. Students choose to enter the program and join classes on their own volition and without coersion or force and accept a level of risk to personal injury or death.

2. Upon completion and full payment of any phase or program, students wishing to continue with the next phase or program must enter into a new Agreement.

3. Yogi Colorado or any party designated by Yogi Colorado may photograph or film students while attending the premises of Yogi Colorado sand use of any and all such photos, video footage and/or video streaming for promotion, sales, publicity and advertising purposes for all media, including, but not limited to, the internet.

4. The required physical exertion may be strenuous and cause physical injury, and students should be fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

5. Students may be charged a service charge of $20.00 for any payments 10 days past due.

6. Failure to attend the classes does not relieve students of the obligation to pay the full tuition for the program or phase in which they are currently enrolled.

7. An account will be considered in default status after 60 days. Facility access will be terminated by this date, if not before.

8. Yogi Colorado is committed to protecting the privacy of personal of our customers. We make every effort to ensure that the information you share with us is recorded accurately, retained securely and used only according to your wishes. We collect personal details necessary to communicate with you and manage our ongoing business relationship with you.

9. Auto-Payments and Auto-Renewal are required for all memberships.

TERMS RELATING TO CANCELLATION

10. Right of cancellation: Cancellation Terms differ for depending on membership type. Cancellation policy applies in ALL situations. 

To cancel, you must give notice of cancellation to e-mail: cancellations@yogicolorado.com. The e-mail subject must be: "Cancellation of Membership". 

Cancellations are processed once a week by school administrators. Failure to cancel to this e-mail address with this subject may prevent you cancellation from being processed. 

a. The following applies to the "Monthly Unlimited Membership" and “Monthly Unlimited Membership with half off first month” often referred to as our "month-to-month" option: You may cancel your membership with Yogi Colorado up to 7 days before renewal. 

b. The following applies to our 3-month or 6-month commitment memberships: You may cancel your membership with Yogi Colorado up to 30 days before renewal.  Any additional months left in your commitment period will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the tuition fee prorated to the remainder of the agreement. 

Buyer or Buyer’s estate may cancel the contract if (1) of the Buyer or Member dies, (2) the Member becomes totally physically disabled for the duration of the contract, (3) the Seller’s facilities are moved to a location that is more than five miles from the original facilities, (4) Seller’s services are no longer available as provided in the contract because of Seller’s permanent discontinuance of operation.

Privacy Policy – Yogi Colorado

You have complete control over your personal information. You can visit our website without providing us with any personal information. However, there are instances where we must have your personal information for us to grant you access to our protected and secured sites. This information may include registration data (your name, address, email address, phone number, title, etc.), information request data, and response data (“user information”). When you receive your confirmation email or any email from the list server, you will be given instructions on removing yourself from the list.

  • Forms: Including order forms, sign-up forms, and contact forms.

If you decide that we should not use your personal user information to contact you, please let us know, and we will not use that information for such purpose. However, please do not submit any user information if you are less than 18 years of age.

Yogi Colorado does not sell, trade, or transfer user information to third parties. We disclose user information if:

  • We have your consent

  • We need to share it to provide you with the products and/or services you requested

  • We respond to a court order

  • You violate our Terms of Use

You may separately agree to provide your personal information to third parties that provide content for Yogi Colorado offerings, to access and/or use their products and/or services. If you agree to provide such information to these third parties, then your personal information will be subject to their privacy policies.
