Dayna received her 500hr YTT through MyVinyasaPractice in 2023, and has also studied yin yoga, biology, functional medicine, and personal training. Dayna managed Yogi Colorado for its first three years of operation, and is excited to be back as the new owner of the studio. She loves holding space for authentic & inclusive yoga classes for all who visit the space! No matter your background or walk of life, we are excited to welcome you to the Yogi Colorado community!

Towani Clarke
HATHA and YIN TEACHER
Towani dabbled in yoga as an inquisitive 7-year-old and then as a teenager, but it wasn’t until years later as a single working mother of two, struggling after the collapse of her marriage, she became entranced with Hatha yoga. She knew in her heart she was an entrepreneur and dreamt of starting her own businesses!
So Towani trained in the Hatha style of yoga – not as slow or restorative as Yin, but also not as fast or physical as Vinyasa. Her teaching style was influenced by the Iyengar school in her initial YTT200 in Cape Town, South Africa. Then later by the Satyananda school of yoga when she did an advanced yoga course in Nashik, India immersing herself in yoga and the culture of India for a month. In February 2020 she followed her heart to move to Denver to marry the love of her life and continue her yoga journey. Since 2009 she has taught over 1000 students and over 7,000 hours of class.
